Coal loaders for MGR operations.

This may have been touched on before but I can't find it using search.

I've tried adding a few coal loaders to a route by Ben Dorsey but find that consists stop/start to fill each hopper which isn't very prototypical as I'm running a UK style MGR set up. Is there any way to alter the script so that loading will take place without the consist having to stop?

I've found a couple of loaders that do this but which don't suit the location.
