Coal Flood Loader

I am looking for a Single Track Coal Flood Loader. This is the only one I can find, <kuid2:210518:11123:1> Wyoming_Flood_Loader_Tower, and it looks outdated in Trainz 2019. My main problem with it is the rails in the Flood Loader don't update to the rails I'm using. Also, for some reason the AI Drivers won't load at it. I can load it if I'm driving the train myself.
