Coach Initial Passenger Loading

Hi Everybody.
Is there any way to set the initial passenger count to zero on passenger enabled carriages as I find carriages are preloaded with a number of passengers on startup of the session. I have tried various ways of setting the passenger numbers to zero but either then they do not load any passengers, or on startup the program just resumes the preset number.

What I want to do is to have a consist leave a sliding at the start of a journey with no passengers on board and then pull into the first station on the journey and load its first initial passengers. The reason for this is that I am finding passengers being left on platforms throughout the rest of the journey as the consist becomes full. I am running 2010 and I do not have SP2 installed

It's done in the config.txt file.

Look for

initial-count 10

under queues

and change the number to 0.

You can also do that in Surveyor, when youplace the coaches, hit the '?' and then click on the coach, you can then set the number of passengers on board at start
