CN (BCOL) 4647 seen on what I think is the Philly Sub!

I recently saw CW44-9 4647 which is an Ex-BCOL unit trailing behind an NS SD70, 2537. Sadly I was unable to get pictures as it was behind trees and trailing, I was lucky enough to get the number. Has anyone seen this loco or would anyone else like to share cool foreign power stories? Also, shouldn't the Philly Sub be called the Philly Hoagie? :hehe:

I have no information on that particular unit, but I have a feeling it came off of Pan Am Railways. They have purchased many, many CNR units and have a partnership with Norfolk Southern called PAS (Pan Am Southern) who now operates the Delaware and Hudson, which I think used to run down to Philadelphia via trackage rights over Conrail and later NS.

That was NS 64T, crude oil to Port Richmond near Philly over NS.

Routing was over the middle division in PA, out the Harrisburg Line then into Port Richmond. Doesn't come from the north, thats only CSX for the most part.
