Has anyone else been having problems with CMP? For the second time in the last couple weeks when I go to download stuff it tells me that I can`t because I`ve already done my 100 mb quota for the day when I haven`t downloaded anything in days. The last time I had to wait 2 days for it to change. It also says my download total is 0. I had this happen to me maybe twice last year but not this often. Everything was fine until I started the download and then when the first item was almost done things screwed up. All I`m downloading is some trees so it`s not like the files are big. I tried last night and it says the same thing this morning. I`m downloading for 2006 but I have 2009 registered as well so thats not the problem.

It may be worth doing the password-change trick to see if that helps - it has the effect of refreshing an account.

Failing that, a helpdesk ticket may be needed.

Well that was a waste of my time. All the helpdesk told me was about the unsupported versions and that because I was asking about 2006 there was no tech support or anything. I was told I`d have to go to the dls from the website and have a fct or have registered a supported version, which if he had of actually read my email past the point where it said trs2006 he would have seen that I`ve also registered ts2009. So I went the the dls and logged in and it wont even give any search results even though I`m searching for the exact name and no results for dmdrake as an author name. Cmp let me download 1 tree and then did the same thing again.

You may need a seperate helpdesk ticket for 09 - I would check what build numbers you are running (for both TRS2006 and TS2009), as a patch may be needed.
