That sounds like the servers are playing up again - quite a few people have had this problem.
I think Auran are having to fix the problem on an account-by-account basis - it may start behaving in a few days (failing that, you may need to remove the username/password from the settings box in CMP, close and restart CMP, then re-enter the username/password.
If this does not fix it, you may need to delete the assets.tdx (Trainz folder) and assets.bku (Trainz folder/Cache) files (make sure CMP/Trainz are not running during this) then run Trainz once to recreate the asset database. Once done, you can then go into CMP (It should bring up an 'Updating Asset Database' (or similar) message, then it should fix the problem (If it doesn't, it is worth waiting a few days for it to right itself)
