Why are things listed on the DLS and when you try to download and get an error message ( Can't find download url ) but it is on the DLS... Oh and I'm using 2009 TRS

Sometimes, web-based, online, DLS gets updated before CM sees the database update. Check these same items tomorrow and I'm sure that you'll be able to download them.
In other cases, the content is not on the DLS even though it's listed there.
