It is!

Was originally painted for George Bush's campaign train, originally renumbered to 1992. It was eventually renumbered back to 7812 and joined the regular power pool for several more years still wearing the paint scheme.

Yes I am. I'm also the one you tried to phone some months ago and I was out. I tried to call you back the next morning but never got an answer. And yes that's about 30 minutes from Athens and 20 from Cleveland.
