That's been posted many times before. Each time, it worries me about the safety of railroad operations when it comes to trespassers. Especially on the Amtrak Surfline!

Cheers,

99% sure its fake.....but this guy has more luck then both of those put together

Indeed, I have seen that one before. That particular one I know for a fact is fake, but, regardless, that guy is incredibly lucky.

Has anyone here seen the video of Mary T. Wojtyla from 1991? I've never seen it, but I hear it being mentioned on other forums and it sounds terrible.

I downloaded it from YouTube to show my friends what they scoff at... railroad safety. When I saw YouTube was shutting down all the videos, I uploaded my downloaded copy to Yahoo! Video. This video is not edited to the point where she got hit, actually shows... well, viewer discretion advised. :(

video removed

You can here a "Bang!" from the locomotive when she gets hit.

This is a heartbreaking and highly disturbing video, and is the main reason why I firmly believe, this video should be shown in it's entirity on television as a railway crossing safety video. The best way to show people how dangerous crossings are, is to show them what can and has happened in the past.

Many thanks for uploading this, I just hope people learn from the dangers of railway crossings, not only for there own sake, but also for the sake of the poor train driver who has to live with the image, in their minds, for the rest of their lives.

Hi All
I do understand that you have the best of intentions with showing these, however please keep in mind that code of conduct does still apply. In this case, it really is not appropriate for the last video, and for the first video to be shown here (first one for language, which is not allowed).

I really do understand your reasons why you posted this, however these videos are not appropriate for young readers/viewers (would you want your own kids to see a woman killed by a train?).

Thanks guys
