Class 37 comes with add-on?

Hey guy's I found an expansion pack for TRS 2010, "Seattle and Carlisle" and I was wondering if it comes with Class 37, also where could I purchase the expansion, I could not find it anywhere from a licensed provider?

Yes, it does come with the Class 37. It is the same as TC3, I believe. It also has the 4F, 3F, A3, Class 40 and some others. I like TC3 and recommend it to any British Rail fan.
