Clam1952 reskin permission

His family have given permission to extend this licence from one of his later models to any assets that do not have a licence to reskin. These are mainly the earlier assets.

One was written by Malc and the other was given by his executors. They are not mutually exclusive and I wasn't aware of Malc's forum post.

The one written by Malc (in the Forum) allows both reskins AND modifications (to CL-prefixed creations). I see that as a significant difference since it has a much broader scope.

To be fair to John, I think we all missed that post! Good to see that his works can now live on and we can modify and upload.
