I modified this route, I will have a thread on it as soon as the school year starts. The author is Auran, so can I put it on the DLS without asking anybody for permission?
No. You can only put stuff that you have created from scratch on the DLS. A modification to someone elses work doesn't make it yours. It still belongs to the originator and permission must be obtained before uploading to the DLS.
