City and Country USA route

Hello, inspired by Trainz Simulator 3 mobile version, where this route is installed by default I tried to download it for TS2019. First surprise was that I could see many versions of it and was not clear which one to chose. Finally I've tried several ones. It was installed with some missing KUID warning however when open it I can see some missing pieces of tracks. Do you have any idea why it is like that?

Scratchy has recently done a version for TS2019. It is <kuid:92924:100753> City and Country USA TS19. I do see 3 dependencies listed as "Modified", which means they are third party:

There are also 274 "Packaged" items, which indicates they are contained in other routes, some of which may be payware, and one "Packaged, Payware" <kuid:175455:100591> JR Gantry Crane 2 which comes from the Legacy of the Burlington Northern Routes, versions 2 and 3.
