Chinese Steam

Hi,
I remember seeing a thread on here ages ago about a site with several Chinese steam locomotives on it.
My first question is: Is it still up?
My second question is: Is there an SY Class on there?
And my final question is: If so, would it be possible for someone who was it to send me it so I don't have to suffer the complicated registration process I remember reading about?

There is a Chinese QJ Locomotive i managed to get, i can't remember where i got it from though.
