Chicago & Illinois Midland Steam missing kuids

I discovered that one of the 2-8-2's from the Chicago & Illinois Midland could be found on DLS. I was excited and downloaded "Chicago & Illinois Midland E-3 2-8-2 525v2" and the matching tender. However, when I check the Content Manager, both show as missing kuids.

The missing kuids are:
96914:504864 (bogie)
96914:504882 (bogie-1)
96914:504881 (bogie-2)
96914:50104 (hornsound)
96914:55201 (interior)

Missing from the tender is:
96914:504865 (purpose unknown-listed as kuid 0 in the table)

The website listed in the config file is no longer available.

I also wonder why as many items on the DLS have so many missing kuids? I have a bunch of steamers I tried to get that have missing kuids that I can't find.
