Changing seasons

On earlier versions of Trainz I was able to change the seasons , time of day, etc
I’m not seeing how to do this using Trainz 1019. Any help would be appreciated.

Menu > Edit Environment does not let you set the time of day. Use Session Rules such as the:-
Time and Rate Rule
Startup Options Rule

It's actually under session options on the top menu bar in driver. One of the ones to the right - you can probably tell that I'm not at my Trainz PC.

I will concede. One does need to use "Startup Rule" or the default "Quickdrive Rule" for the time. I was in a surveyer mindset when I first answered.
