Changing Address

I've sent a ticket a month ago and I still have gotten no reply with a critical status and a open status. Does somebody know when I will get a reply?

I don't know how to change my address for a shipment because I put in the wrong address.

Is the order still pending? I do know the helpdesk is backlogged quite a bit and it is Friday night/evening in Australia. So might have to wait till Sunday to get a response.

Make sure the ticket is marked critical and it might be rushed to the front.

It is on critical and my shipment is pending since the address I put in doesn't exist I don't think. I forgot one letter...
