Changing/Adding Driver Photos

I'm sure it's possible, but I'd like to know how (if poss) to change the driver pictures to ones of my own, eg Photos of myself and friends?

Could someone please tell me how it's done.

Sure, just download a driver from the DLS. (no sense in mucking about in the built in files for this) and replace the picture of the driver with your own. You can then change the "user name" in the configfile to reflect the name of the person your are changing it too, and then add your own kuid number to complete the task.
