changing a layout's locale

Downloaded Phil Skene's IndustRail layout for TRS10 yesterday but didn't d/l any of the sessions yet, so I was just looking at the layout in Surveyor. Even though Phil is in Australia, I assumed this was a US route, since the picture shows a AT&SF engine in glorious warbonnet paint, but then I noticed all of the traffic driving on the LEFT side of the road!

How do I change this? I tried replacing one section of road with a US-specific street, but that didn't help. I assumed changing World Location under Environment would do it, but I have never figured out how to do that. I only have the left-most button green (Add/Change World Location), but when I click on it, nothing happens. Am I missing something?

I wasn't going to worry to much about it, but as I delved deeper, the left-side traffic kept distracting me. Any suggestions?

Thanks, Euphod...was actually wondering what the heck that menu option was for...edit route when I am already in "edit route" mode...now I can spend the next three hours trying to connect to the DLS for the 5 sessions :n:
