SARM Volunteer
Hello Everyone,

To prevent being an annoyance, I am not promising this to be a released route, just something I'd like to share!:hehe:

This route is a product of a failed Kentucky and Tennessee route, set in winter, that I am in the process of transforming into summer.

The fictional prototype is the Central Tennessee Railway Museum, located in Harriman, Tennessee that operates over the NS TVA Power Plant branch with a small yard and depot complex.

I will have screenshots up in a little while, vbut first, please have a look at the CTRM equipment roster.

It's a real joy to run and I hope you guys enjoy the pictures to follow!\

Cheers,
Woody:wave:

I believe that this could be a very interesing route as I'm somewhat familiar with the area. Harriman is located in a pretty little valley surrounded by some high hills and bluffs. Will the route include the Rockwood area?
Mike

The furthest west the route extends is Rockwood, the line is planned to reach Crab Orchard, but its not priority.

what's funny is she's strapped to a flat, and she's got steam up and her crew in her cab! :hehe:

BTW, where'd you get the double-sheated wood boxcar you mentioned in the second post, Wabash or something like that? Stupid time, stupid place to ask, but i've never been able to find a wood boxcar, single sheathed, double sheathed, outside braced, anything! it's kinda annoying.

Woody,
You should think about doing someday the Monticello Railway Museum route all the way to the big town of Monticello and you might be able to run these WIP on the route. Good job on your route. Now back on topic......

Yes! Please, please send me a PM soon!
I had started one, but I stopped due to, lack of equipment.
If there is people willing to make the equipment, I will work on a public release of the Monticello Railway Museum. I am taking a camera and video camera this weekend while I'm out there, so I'll have something other than my memory to work with.

Thanks,
Woody:udrool:

a tennesee central 2-8-2 ought to add up the museum's already impressive collection, just a thought, but still nice work!;)

Well, when #502 arrived on the property, it pretty much completed the museum's mission.
It will be running today and through this weekend so I'll try to get some pics of it in action.

For the meantime, here are some images from yesterdays run.
