Good point......even on one board it would take a lot of replacing.......but i have to agree with you.
What takes a lot of replacing?

Are those little red/white/yellow BG things rail vehicles? If so, it looks as though their wheels don't fit the tracks.

Great work otherwise! :)
I looked again, it looks like the BG vehicles have wheels like a car similar to those vehicles used to transport people around Hollywood sets, maybe they were made for invisible tracks with no traffic roads as, "ballast."

Does look nice overall.

If you are using TS2009 and want to try updated rails, someone has rail-only track on DLS either s301 (has standard and broad gauge) or hupfgeign (standard and narrow though I forget the width) last I knew, maybe Pencil42 if you want lighter rail weight.

I think you're right....i should have realised.....i could have done so much more with the route by running them on roads......would have looked better as well.

It was a major error on my part but rather than tear the route apart i will just build the city around it and accept defeat on this occasion.....i'm an amateur and still learning from my mistakes..........or catastrophes as it turned out :D

hotgrove,

Have you thought about asking for help on the Forum ?
I am certain one of the creators could change the 'tires' to bogeys that fit
the rails ....

Just a Thought --- ,DLR

Indeed, I was not advocating you had to tear stuff up, just making an observation of what I saw based on another comment.
Since it is your route, you can do as you wish. The tires are clear of the rails so you could say there is some hidden wheels on the rail as part of the vehicles, like slot car racers and certain amusement park rides, they have wheels clear of the slots/rails but also have hidden underneath the devices to ride the slots/rails.
Certain merry-go-rounds I have seen do that too, they have vehicles with wheels that turn but underneath os something that connects through a slot to make the vehicles go around.
