CDP file trouble

I downloaded a CDP file from a third-party website and am trying to open it in TS2010 Content Manager, but it is already configured for TC Content Manager, and when I try to open with TS2010's Content Manager, I click on the file in the browser, but the system refuses to recognize it as a valid program and hides it. How can I get the system to allow me to open it with TS2010's CMP?

You should start CM and click File - Import CDP and it will install.
