Cars do not load materials, materials do not show up in products list

hi everyone

I have a small problem...that annoys me since a few days: It happens with EVERY car in trainz

If i place a car in surveyour and click (?), i get as always a few data's about the car and its loading options. I can add coal...but thats it. If i now click the (+) to add another load...well...i get an empty list and an error. Here are a few pictures:



Program is a TS12 Build 50027 (german language version, same as 49922) without any patches or fixes. i do not run any programs in the background, my HDD is 100% and i edited no files, products or cars before the error occured (just in case someone asks...)

I thought these car's will only accept Coal Felix which could be why the error turns up as your trying to add a load to it that the car wont accept, Well that's my thoughts on it mate but i could wrong as usual lol.

The empty box usually means you have a faulty product or a missing dependency for a product.
If you do a search on the forum you will find a number of threads dealing with this problem.
Also check out Shane Turner's Tutorial Website.
Try search "products missing" with the quotation marks

I ran a check on the H62r hopper and it loaded a number of different coals and ores. They all show in the hopper as the coal texzture though.
