Carbon City for TRS2022?

So I'm curious if the Carbon City map (the one with the tram network) can be played on TRS2022 somehow. It is nowhere to be found on the DLS and the only way of getting it seems to be buying it as a standalone game, which I obviously don't want to do.

I doubt it. Cabon City is a really old route. It was designed for TRS 2009/ Trainz Classics, and was payware. Would take alot of asset repair to make it work, if at all.
It's setup to run in TRS 2009 or as a stand-alone route. To run in the TRS22 environment, it would have to re-built from the ground up.

I had it at one time, and honestly, it bored me to tears. The only thing you can do is run a single tram.

It can't be installed in any version newer than TS12 due to the files being archived as .ja files. TANE and up can't read that format. It does run perfectly fine in TS 12 and the standalone version installs TS10 but it only has Driver mode. Surveyor is not enabled. When you install it into a full version of TS12, you can create sessions and program the trams the same as any route in TS12.

At one time, before I deleted my content and started from scratch, I had the assets installed and moved them from TS12 all the way up to TRS22 and PLUS.

As they moved up the ladder, more and more faults appeared due to various reasons but mostly script errors and textures. As time went on, the trams didn't work at all and would cause script errors.

Some of the assets were nice but very limited in their use due to how they were constructed, making them either difficult to use or useless for anything outside of their intended use in the original Cabon City route.

When I deleted my corrupted database earlier this year, they weren't missed. This was one of those things that was interesting to a point, but like @ricomon35 said, it became boring for me as well due to its limitations.
