Can't patch trainz 2010

This patch file is not applicable to your current installation version. Every time I try and patch Trainz 2010 I get this message in the Trainz patcher, what do i do. All
help is appreciated!!!

Weird, I just noticed another user, Alco_P-A, comes from the same town as you...I've been paying more attention to where people are from lately for some reason...

At any rate, be sure you are using the correct patch. It's an easy mistake to make; it's not uncommon for people to try to patch the wrong version entirely. The patch name will begin with your exact current build (42203) and end with the build the patch takes Trainz to. IMO I wouldn't go above 43434 (SP3) unless you want multiplayer.

Patch strated right up and game is running great thanks much. Wrong build for the patch

I think the highest patch for single player is 44088.
