Can't login to store

I can login to the main site and of course this forum but when I try to login to the store it fails.
I have tried the change password several times and it changed but still would not login. I tried the help and contact but that too wants a login and rejects mine.
Yes, it is the correct login and is the same as login for here.

I am trying this to hope either someone can make a suggestion that works or contact the admins for me to get this rectified.

It says "invalid user name or password" and the same on Help desk.

Just tried something different - put an underscore in middle and it worked. Don't know why but have never done so before, but I'm in now so panic over and thanks for trying to help.

The Trainz Store login is on a different server than the forum. The logins use a separate systems to authenticate. It can be the same login and password if that is what you chose when you created the trainz store account but I'm surprised that that a two word username with out the underscore works anywhere.
