cant go above 48249

Trying to install new patches my build is 48249 to next 49922 turn off my firewall then download new patch then when I run patch as administrator I get this message "This patch file is not applicable to your current installation version. No valid patch operations was specified. Patching aborted." It has the right address to get to game on my pc but it wont let me go from there. I restarted my game to make sure this was right build and I do have that right. So again, I can download patch it just wont apply it. Any help please. Thanks, David Hawley

Make sure you turn off your anti-virus too. Plus, if you have a lot of content, or irreplaceable stuff it's generally a good idea to make a backup of your current installation, just in case.
