Can't ever open MOVED posts

For months now, I have been unable to view any Posts that the Mods have moved. When I click on the link I get the following message:

davesnow, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

Obvisously my account hasn't been disabled--- I'm NOT trying to "edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system." So what gives???

That'll be because usually the forum it is moved to is one where naughty threads go to die. Only moderators/admins will have access to that forum.

Usually, if a thread is moved to an inaccessible place, it is in violation of one or more rules, and as a result, is probably moved somewhere where ordinary users cannot access.
