Most likely cause:

Password Correct
Settings on Firewall OK all relating to Tranz Auran Allowed
Contant Manager version 3.3
Tranz Patch 41491 to 44088 then 44088 to 49933
Still Blocked when i disable Kaspersky Internet Security
Proxy Settings are set to `no` proxy settings
I have a current first class ticket
I have 5 Gbs of memory installed
I`m using Windows 7 Home Premium 32 and 64bit tried both
Tranz is installed on my internal `D` drive ( it worked ok for years with windows XP )
Deleted Tranz and re-installed from the Disk and its stiil not allowing me to download using the DLS via contact manager ?
If as its reporting above (
