can't change time or weather on layout

hi
i have always wanted to make a layout so you can drive at night or in the rain.

But i don't know how to do that.:'(

please help if you can.

Download Set Driver Conditions Rule,<kuid:99999:696969>. Add it to a session, using Edit Session in Surveyor, and you can change the weather and time of day from within Driver.

In Surveyor (both 2006 and 2009), click on the World tab icon.

The dial on the top left is your weather control. Drag the pointer to change the weather setting.

The big clock is your 24 hour time of day control. The moveable hand sets the hour.

weather/night Change

Hi hornbytrain: To Change Weather/N ight. Click get into Surveyer Mode, Click onMain Menu, edit session(left click) click on edit, click on the time, make it say "0" hour you then click on arrow, you have night when in Driver Mode. To do Weather, you follow the same procedure. Click on Main Menu, click on edit session, click on clear, click on your "choice", Arrow,click on "no" , your choice again,arrow, then
arrow again and there you are.

ill tell u how

put your mouse on top of the screen in trs 06 you will see a greyish line you will see a person a pice of paper and something else you click the paper and click the first opsen and you will stuff it will telll u its clear u can change it to clear to rainy stormy or heavy snow and the time its on 10:00 so if u put it on 0:00 it will be dark dont use the clock on the sidebar when yor on driver and you used the sidebar clock then you are on driver it will be daytime so use the top sidebar ok sorry for child english im 8 so i dont know how to spell some words hope this works
