Cannot get download Station steam engine to work

I downloaded a steam engine and it's dependencies but it will not work. When I go to the Manage Content screen and choose list dependencies, it list several dependencies that are named "unknown asset" with no status and an asset id that does not work. What am I doing wrong?

These unknown assets are most likely located on third-party websites. You can find them using Trainz Kuid Index. This site is free but it does require registration, which is also free:
