Cannot find profile or you do not have a valid serial number

The Redeemer.
I've been a fan of Trainz for years and I thought to check out the DLS, I registered and bought TRS 2009 WBE off Steam and entered my serial number, I entered my details into the content manager and it said I needed to check my Auran profile. So I did, everything was OK.

I don't see what's wrong...

Check the link at the top of the forums for Serial Number and enter the 2009 serial there if it's not there.

I installed it once, it lagged like none other. I uninstalled and upgraded my system. Installed it again and it still works. I entered my serial # and it says its in use.

You only need to enter it once on Auran page, need to use the same name you used the first time when putting it into the Trainz screen.

If you are using TS2009 (and possibly 2010), you may also need to enter your serial number (CD Key) in the Trainz Options box in addition to username and password.

You do. I had to enter my product key when registering 09 back in May. If I recall, the window with the boxes for the Serial # key came up automatically.

trs2006boy, I have noticed a problem - your TS2009 is not appearing on the version roadmap next to your username on your forum posts. Are you sure you are using the account that has the serial number registered? If yes, there is something not quite right on your account.

I bought TRS2006 a few years ago, got bored with it and moved on. I later bought TRS2009 through steam.

OK - I still am unsure if you have registered your serial number correctly (should be in an email from Steam(Valve) or direct from Auran/N3V Games)

Once you have the serial number, make sure it is linked with your Planet Auran account (click Serial Number at the top to check this - your serial number should be listed under Registered Serial Numbers for your account/profile. If you registered it under another account, you will need to use those details.

They gave me a serial number when I bought the game, I copied it, pasted it and went on my way. Everything from what I have seen is correct, serial number, username, password. Even my serial # is linked to my Planet Auran profile.

Nevermind guys, I fixed the problem. Turns out when I got this game from steam I had forgotten my login details so I made a new email and created a new account.

Thanks for the help.
