Cannot enter Kuid ID# number into Content Manager Internet Settings

Was helping a newbie install his TS 12 and after many challenges, got the program loaded onto his laptop
He is registered with his installation number on Auran Planet, Name and Password works, but he cannot enter his
ID # in the CM Internet page for settings. The program refuses to accept any key code into it.
Is there any thing which should be done to enable the Content Manager to accept this ID #?

The User ID cannot be entered manually. Once the Username and Password are entered onto the Internet tab in the Content Manager settings box, Content Manager will then contact the N3V servers to get the User ID for that account.
