Cannot delete some routes

I know that "Built In" assets cannot be deleted and I suspect that the same may be true for DLC assets, such as "ECML Kings Cross..." even though you imported it from TANE.

However, built ins and DLCs can be disabled. In CM select the route and, from the Content Menu, select Disable.

ECML is builtin in TRS19 so can't understand why or how you could import it as it was a TANE builtin as well and not DLC.

All TANE built-in routes are available as DLC in TRS19 (but may well show as "builtin" in CM).

There is also the ECML Edindurgh - Dundee extension which is builtin in TRS19 (and will be available for download "soon").

On the Steam platform you can usually untick a DLC for any game which will then uninstall that DLC. Is there no way I can remove the older DLC in TRS2019 to free up space on my hard drive? Or can I 'explore' in CM and physically delete the folder that pops up? I had a poor experience with ECML so unlikely to visit it again in the immediate future.

I'd like to do this too. Delete 100% from my HDD. Not due to space, but personal preference and don't care about UK/EU routes at all. To me they just fill up the train list and object list with useless low quality crap. BUT. I had a sit down and realized. Some routes custom made may use those assets as little scenery or whatnot. So I just disable it for mean time. Maybe not best idea to delete 100%, and I can maybe even side with the devs on this and why we can't. Also if you hurting for space, things are cheap these days... a 1TB spin disk HD is cheaper than a pack of beer these days almost. SSD's are also very cheap compared to even few years ago.
