Canadian Rocky Mountains - Rogers Pass, Dispatchers in Revelstoke Session question

Old newbie back, and still a newbie:

I've got a through West bound trainz that cannot clear the signal at S 13S. It just keeps oscillating between S 13S and Revelstoke Yard. Is there a way to clear this signal? There are no other locos coming in on this track.

Good news and bad news.
The session itself worked when i run it, not intervened, and after 3 hours and 7 minutes the consist E-W arrived at signal S 13S which was yellow flashing top light and the train passed normal.
Now i did save the session to see if a saved session gives the same result and there is a difference where the signal stays red.
Interlocking towers probably got a life of their own and hard to trace.
Suggest just drive thru the red signal slow and continue the last miles of the trip to the west portal.
I let the session run all morning now and see if something relevant happens but afraid interlocking towers will be stubborn as it has been in the past.

Well I not hear back so i assume the hiccup from interlocking towers is gone and all works fine.
