Look in the config.txt file and see if you can possibly delete the missing kuid. I have an extensive list of kuid owners and their web sites but this one does not show up.

What engine is it from?

No luck in searching the KUID in DLS I guess. I have had same trouble with some DL's. The content comes with missing dependencies, so I search for the missing KUID, but don't find it on DLS.

I am afraid that there is a lot of broken content on DLS.
When searching, I set filters to avoid anything with missing dependencies or that is broken or has warnings.

I still think you'll get more help with your problem if you post the actual kuid number of the loco that has the missing enginespec.

OK, so am I, now, have you got Trainz Objectz installed on your computer, 'cos that's very important, it's like CMP but for older Trainz versions....If you haven't then you need to get it straight away, don't worry it's free, have a look on this website......http://www.tafweb-trainz.co.uk/trainzobjectz.html
Now, when you have it installed, get a shortcut copy for your desktop, and click on it every time you install anything. It will tell you if an asset needs repairing before you can use it in a route, etc. When it finishes scrolling through the content installed it comes to a big screen with all the items on. At the bottom of the screen are various sections in little boxes - scenery, industry, etc, etc. Now go to the box that says Rolling Stock and click on the box, and all the items will appear, locomotives, wagons, coaches, etc. Right clicking on anything will turn that line blue and it will bring up another box with a list of all the dependent assets needed for that item. As well as the box to tick for rolling stock there is also another box called RS Parts, that is where you will find bogeys, enginesounds, enginespecs, hornsounds, etc, etc. Try and locate the item you have and see what assets it belongs to and post back here if you need any further help.
