Greetings all!!!
Just curious....the boxcars that come with the default inventory in trs2004 all have generic wheels...a few of the cars that i have downloaded have fancy trucks which i like..(the wheels roll and the edge is shiney:) )...my Question is...can i use the fancy trucks on all my rolling stock? and how would i go about doing such a thing? thank you for your time..."All Aboard"

1 - Yes.
2 - Two options.
Option A - Open the config file of each item, find the bogey line, change the KUID to the one for the new bogey/truck you want. Entry must be either < kuid:XXXX:YYYY > or < kuid2:XXXX:YYYY:Z > without spaces. This will not change bogeys on default content.
Option B - Pick one bogey/truck, open the config file, modify or add a obsolote-table as follows:
Code:
obsolete-table {
   0                  < kuid:XXXX:YYYY > or < kuid2:XXXX:YYYY:Z >
}
One or the other KUID type, not both. This will mass replace every item using a default bogey with the new one including default content.
Lots of choices available including ones that also add couplers to items that don't appear to have them.

Do you have a kuid for bogeys that add U.S. couplers in TRS04? What should I search under on the DLS?

Shoot, I checked they are TRS2006 by bnsf50, maybe if you ask nice he'll send them, might be able to still use them if you modify the trainz-build #.
