Can I Change The Compass Direction Of A Railyard From East West to North South?

Say I download and clone a railyard but the yard is from East to West, but I want the yard to face North to South. Can it be done? Or is the yard as is and the direction cannot be changed? If it can be changed, what is the procedure? I have Trainz12. Thanks.

Lay boards north - south near the yard
Copy from E/W rotate 90deg & paste on new boards
Depending on length you may have to copy/paste in sections
Then delete old E/W boards ans save as new route name
You'll the have a E/W plus a N/S yard

Thanks for your input. Yes that's one procedure you hit the nail on the head with because I currently use that procedure. I just wasn't sure if there was something in the menu to make the procedure easier and quicker to change the compass direction. I'd check now but I can't get to the computer at the moment.
