Camera Notches

When I pan around with the camera, if I try to do so slowly. I notice that it' moves in steps or notches, even with my Mouse DPI set to the lowest, It's not possible to get smooth fluid motion. Is there a setting that can change this behavior?

Try holding shift and control at the same time. I know that works for raising or lowering the camera, but I never tried it for horizontal movements. I usually move about by clicking the right-mouse button and using the arrows on the keyboard. I've done that for years and when I typed this I had to think about which button and keys I had to use.

If just using the keyboard, press and hold the SHIFT key and then pan using the arrow keys.

I must try that. It might depend upon how the keyboard and mouse are configured.
