Is there a rule available for 2004 to have AI trains call at all stations without having to enter each station individually.

there currently is no rule for that, and there never will be. scripting would be ipossible.

Call means stop at every station. Perhaps you don't use that expression in the USA.

I don't live in the USA. I live in Canada.

Too bad. Ontario, California is a lovely town, with its own airport.
It's on the new high speed train route, if we get it built.

The problem with a "Call at all stations" rule is that there needs to be a means of determining the order of the stops. With multiple branch lines and complex track plans, the AI driver would quickly become hopelessly lost.
I think it would only work on a single unbranching track, running point to point.
