C44-9W Bump Map

Is there a way to remove all of the "bliners" on the bump map I have seen several people do this.
If there is no way, thats it fine as well.

The squares and splotches over the locomotive details.

you cannot get the "bliners" off. what you see in the image above is likely people just painting on light colored engines.
