buy from trainz store

Hi Guys
could some one please help me to get to the right people
i have bought this from the trainz store
DB BR Class 85 001
but i have not received it
its not installed in the game and not available as
a digital download
so what can i do now
i sent a mail to the train store but no reply

Same thing happened to me. I just wrote it off as a contribution.
Must have been maintenance....
