The BN F7B is available in a pack of F units at The Erecting Hall and are by N8PHU. The CB&Q F unit is from BN1970 and if you look on the freeware announcements, but it might be a little hard to find since the forum never shows anything from 2011 anymore

A BN manifest passes the Cenex Refinery as it enters west Laurel Yard on ex-CB&Q tracks from Denver via northern Wyoming. The semaphore, claimed to be the last in Montana, was still operational in the Fall of 2011 when I passed by.
