built in content from TRS2006 to TC3?

Hi all,
I have just bought and registered TRS2006. While waiting for it to be delivered I bought the download version of Trainz Classics 3.
Could someone tell me how to move all the content from TRS2006 into TC3?
I would like to use the most up to date version of the software but don't want to be restricted to just the built in content. I've read it's an all or nothing deal and not perfect, but I'd like to try it.
Many thanks to all who can help.

Welcome to Trainz, Phil and the kids. ;)

Although no one has imported their stuff into TC3 yet that I am aware of, there is a thread on how to do this in the Classics support forum for Classics 1 & 2. I am not pushing aside, it's just easier for both of us if you follow the destructions (kidding of course) on how to do this that are already written. It's way too much to post here, and I'm posting from work where I don't have access to my Trainz setup to refer back to which is necessary for the details.

Good luck with your import. Feel free to post more questions should you have any, which I am sure you will. :)

Hi John,
Thanks very much. I have found the post you refered to straight away.
Strange as I have been looking for the post for days... only to find it after finally asking for help!
Thanks again.

You're welcome, Phil.

Isn't that always the way. ;) Whenever I lose something, I either end up getting another one, or asking someone for it. That's when the old one comes back like nothing happened and it was around all the time! One of my co-workers calls it a time warp where the object or other item you're looking for disappears from view to the other side.

Have fun.

John
