Build In is not Build In or just not on the DLS?

I have been building my first route, which in its current version is available on the DLS.
I aimed it to be made out of 100% TS12 "Build In only" material, so that it would a very low number of bites to download. For that, I disabled everything in Content Manager v3.6 that had "Build In = False". Out of total paranoia, especially while downloading at the same time, I also set the filter in Surveyor to do the same.

Today I recieved an Email from N3Vgames about the aproval and to my own surprice it had a list of kuids that are not currently on the DLS.

Questions:
- Is not all the build-in material also on the DLS? In other words: Did I 'panic' for nothing?
- Is it possible that material has a "build in" flag when this is not "build in"?
- Do I have the wrong interpretation of "build in"? I am starting to think so.
- Has anyone downloaded this route who happens to have TS12 without "3rd party site material" and can confirm me that you have no missing dependencies (and I indeed 'paniced' for nothing)?
Seeing the ammount of items, I am almost sure I just made a wrong assumption / have a wrong interpretation .

First built-in assets are usually not on the DL. They do not have to be because they are BUILT-IN. But the built-in's could change between TS12 Builds. Make sure you are at build 49922. That is the latest build.

My bad; I forgot to mention that I am indeed on 49922.

To double check they are built in use cm with built in=true, under that author ID=#198708 for eg, and check for that specific 255 kuid for the car.

All those items are listed as built-in items in my installation of TS12 build 49922. It sounds like you are doing everything correctly. Perhaps the DLS has a problem. I do not yet see your route available on the DLS or I would download it to check that everything is in order.
