Build Authorisation

I attempted to Load Trainz and it informed me that the Build Authorisation had not succeded, what is that.? I have been suing Trainz for many years and the first time I have had that message, I have rebuilt the Data Base but does not help.
 
i had something similar happen a week ago, however I have forgotten precisely what I did to get to it work again, it coincided with my FCT expiring,I'd lodge a help desk ticket, you could try and extended database repair before doing so.
 
You are trying to open a version that you have not paid for. This might be because you have downloaded the Plus version but don't have a subscription, it may have expired.
 
I too have fallen foul of the Build Authorisation.
I purchased TRS22 Platinum as a standalone product last year, its cam with 12m HD terrain trial, I was advised that the trial had expired but not than my authorisation would be locked.
I have logged a ticket and waiting fingers crossed.
One thing I noted was the splash screen on loading, although my purchase was Trainz 22 Platinum, the splash screen has always shown Trainz+. Does this mean anything, do I need to reinstall Trains 22 Platinum?
 
Trainz Plus will only run if you have a subscription. You will need TRS22 PE which is the retail version. Download the correct version and direct the settings/install path to the data folder you were using.

Why did this happen been using Trainz Plus for about three years. I did buy the steam ver the other day would that have anything to do with it? My does not expire until feb 25.
