British Rolling Stock

brtrainz.co.uk

Trainzproroutes has some that aren't on the DLS,

www.totalmodeltrainz.co.uk/pages/payware.html other perchpole items are on the DLS

S&C shouldn't be missed, Paulhobbs on the DLS, he has some payware locos here www.44090digitalmodels.co.uk/index.html

I've produced a fair amount both reskins of other's work and my work has been reskinned. The ones with a scenery version are the latest ones some of the early ones aren't quite as good but there are some early containers that are popular.

It depends a bit on what your interest is, for very early items GWR broad gauge etc ing4trainz.greateastern.org.uk should not be missed.

Hello RailSimulator and welcome to the forum...

I have to say that the Download station has a lot of excellent UK content, if your not sure what you are after, take a look at this website, it is a small list of what is available on the download station...

http://www.ltsv.com/t_wag_all.php

It is such a shame you were not here sooner, Railwaves had a lot of excellent content for Trainz, which now has sadly gone.

Hope the above website helps you find what you are looking for.

I agree with John that you should get the Settle and Carlisle Add on for TS2009 (it can be loaded into TS12 as well). It contains many British MK1 coaches, some goods locos and a few freight items well worth the $9.95 (AUD) it costs from Auran/N3v. Once you have the base version you can get loads of free extras from the S&C website http://www.settleandcarlisle.co.uk/.

For 3rd party payware:

For British steam locomotives it's worth having a look at http://www.gplocomotives.com/blogweb/index.php LMS prototypes in various liveries, I have a number of these and they are of good quality.

Other sites worth a look are http://www.brtrainz.co.uk/locomotives.html , http://darlington-works.weebly.com/index.html and http://www.totalmodeltrainz.com/ .

The DLS has loads of content but sometimes it's hard to find. It would help in pointing you towards the items you would likeif you could let us know what period (AKA Era) you are interested in.

Hi,
I bought from http://www.totalmodeltrainz.com/, the Class 46 in fact, and it is a great model, can recommend it. I shall now get the low loader or well, whatever it's called, I reckon the standards are very high on the models.

The TRP station has a UK Section now so maybe rolling stock has been moved there, worth a look, and it is free... I'll get the link for you soon. Here... http://www.trainzproroutes.org/tprdownloads/index.php . You must join and that is also free and when the return emal comes you must read it carefully because there is a key in there you need to use when you return to TPR so you can start downloading.
