No, not the one holding the spear and shield, the loco....
I seem to have lost it and now just have the tender. The kuid is a 44090 one so belongs to Paul Hobbs but I only have old addresses (or defunct ones) for email and web sites.

Can anybody kindly help please.

Angela

Thanks for the replies guys,
I should have mentioned it was for TRS2004, I always seem to manage to omit that point. Haven't tried yet as I have a rather serious health problem and it is causing concern.

Bless you all,

Angela

44090:1040:40 failed to show. I tried it without the 40 at the end but that made no difference.
Oddly the tender is on the DS so I would have thought the loco would have been too...

Thanks though,

Angela

Hi

Kuids from the S&C 2009 add on have the :40 suffix to differentiate them from the TC3 versions. I don't think that either version will work in 2004 without being modified as they use the later sound and smoke improvements. They shouldn't be on the DLS as they are payware from N3V.

I hope your health issues improve Angela.

Best Wishes

Brian

I have been in touch with Paul who kindly replied to my email very quickly.
He said they were made for TC3 and won't work in 2004 so how I have the tender in that version is yet another mystery.
There is also another problem with 2004 that has reared its ugly head, although to be honest it is the wagons that are throwing the wobbler rather than '04'. Having said that the fault is being caused by the way 2004 handles certsin issues with the Chameleon Libraries so it is really a mix of faults on both sides.
I put a wagon made by one of 3 certain creators (who shall remain nameless) into a route, my own West Country Days, and found that on planting it on the tracks a while block window opened telling about the Chameleon problem and offering either Continue or Abort. I tried Continue firt and all seemed well until I placed another box van and it happened again.
So I removed them and got left with a finctionli$void@skin AEC5tVan:Init (), line -1 problem and it won't go away.
Into Maps and deleted the whole route, to the DS and downloaded it again afresh and installed it but again got the same thing....!!!.
I am not one for working in 2010 but in desperation I Imported the download into that and it worked fine, even the old splines that were in it from 2004 days came up fine although there were several Warnings and a few Missing Dependancy notices.
But it dows not solve the 2004 issue... why oh why if the route is deleted and Imported anew does it still have that corruption?

Ah, the mysteries of Trainz....

Angela

Angela, I'm very sorry to hear about your health issue. I hope it is overcome and we will see more of your creations again soon.
