Some of these Update files take hour's to complete, a lot of people think that it has frozen at the half way point but it is still working, you'll just have to be patient with it, quite a few people leave it running over night.
If you quit the install half way, then you'll have to delete your Trainz install and start all over again. The install has updated part of the files, and restarting it won't continue the install.
