I used these trains a lot, but I reinstalled Trainz and now it's not working; only the chassis appears, but the body doesn't function.

Make sure you have installed all content packs (DLC) allocated to your account, all content is up to date, and nothing is open for editing. If there are any more missing dependencies, right-click on the assets and choose download. This will pull anything down from the DLS that's required. If there are still more missing dependencies, you'll will need to install those from your backups, downloads, or from the original website where you got them from.
